You can access the Actions dialog by clicking the 'Options' button from the toolbar. The Actions dialog is used for application configuration and as a place to store/access generic procedures. The generic processes typically are used to mass update commonly updated information such as inventory levels. The modules are listed on the left to filter the view to only the actions you are looking for.
This dialog is designed to contain any extra functionality that does not fit in the standard system. If there are any procedures that you feel should be available here, please email support@maintenanceconnection.com.
