The Labor / Craft Rates Update dialog is accessible from the Actions section of the Options dialog by clicking the 'Options' button from the toolbar.
Use the Labor / Craft Rates Update dialog to update all of your labor or craft's hourly rates. This will make it easier to make changes to more than one record at a time.
