The Order Inventory Items dialog is accessible from the Actions section of the Options dialog by clicking the 'Options' button from the toolbar.
Use the Order Inventory Items dialog to create purchase orders for the items that are below the reorder point. First, select whether you'd like to create the purchase orders for stocked items or direct issue items. Next, if you would like to select the items to create purchase orders for, click on the 'Select Items..' button to bring up a list of all inventory items. The other option is to select the stock room and create purchase orders for all items that need reordering.
Clicking apply will begin the process of creating purchase orders based upon your criteria.
