The Holiday Manager dialog is accessible from the Actions section of the Options dialog by clicking the 'Options' button from the toolbar.
Most of the traditional holidays are already entered into the system, but you can use the Holiday Manager to create new holidays, manage existing holidays and remove holidays from the calendar. The Holiday Manager should not be used for employees birthdays, you can designate the birthdays in the labor module.
