To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 6.x

1. Open your Internet Explorer 6.x Browser.
2. Click Tools, then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Privacy tab.
4. Click Advanced.
5. Select Override automatic cookie handling.
6. Select Accept for First party cookies.
7. Check the box that states "Always allow session cookies"
8. Click OK.
9. Click Web Sites or Sites... buton, click Edit and type 'http://www.maintenanceconnection.com' (without the quotes) into the text box and click on Allow.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 5.x

1. Open your Internet Explorer 5.x Browser.
2. Click Tools, then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Security tab.
4. Click the Internet zone.
5. Click Custom Level, scroll to the Cookies section, and then click Enable for both cookie options.

To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 4.x

1. Open your Internet Explorer 4.x Browser.
2. Click View, then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Scroll to the Security section.
5. Under Cookies, click Always accept cookies.

To enable cookies for Netscape 6.x

1. Open your Netscape 6.x Browser.
2. Click Edit, then click Preferences.
3. Expand the Privacy & Security section.
4. Click on Cookies.
5. Select Enable all cookies
   -or-
   Select Enable cookies for the originating web site only.

To enable cookies for Netscape 4.x

1. Open your Netscape 4.x Browser.
2. Click Edit, and then click Preferences.
3. Click on Advanced.
4. Select Accept all cookies.
   -or-
   Select Accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server.

Browser Problems

If during a log-in attempt, you receive a message stating that the Website is trying to send a cookie to your computer, choose the “continue” option, otherwise you will not be able to log-in.
