Procedures are stored sets of tasks required to complete work order assignments. Typically, these procedures will be used with preventive maintenance work orders where the steps to complete the job are clearly defined and rarely change. Designate all of the tasks required, associated costs, and attachments used for new work orders. Assign a specific labor individual as an estimated labor cost and the work order will be automatically assigned to them. |
