What are Accounts?

Set up your accounts to designate a supplier, department and company to track purchasing. Specify a budgeted amount for individual accounts and, using the Maintenance Reporter, download a report of all account access for a period of time.

Description

The 'Delete' button will prompt you to delete the account and all references to the account.

 

The 'History' button will display all tracked changes made to the account.

 

The 'Print' button will display the account reports in which you can modify and print.
